My relationship with CSS Air Air Conditioning began after a service call I received from a local air conditioning company. This company happened to be the same company I bought the unit from. During the service call, the serviceman found a leak in the evaporator coil. At this point they did not repair the leak; instead, they added refrigerant and charged for a service call plus a hefty charge for the refrigerant. They also stated, at that time, they would be back to repair the leak in the coil and then there would also be a substantial waiting time before the new coil would be ordered and installed. I decided to look elsewhere, and this is when I looked to the BBB. They referred me to CSS Air Conditioning. I called CSS Air Conditioning, and within a reasonable time, they were on the job with an estimate and a reasonable time when the job could be done. During the wait for the new coil was to to be delivered the leak ruptured and the coil had to be replaced. Several times before the coil ruptured they made several trips to my homestead to add refrigerant to keep us comfortable and keep the a/c running. Through it all, they were always courteous and were concerned about our well being. I can’t say enough about this company and how well they treated us in our time of need.
